Changing or cancelling an appointment
Precious Hours understands that plans can change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
24-hour notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellation fee
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
